Water Park Regulations
Welcome to Splash Water Park! We kindly ask that you adhere to the following rules and regulations:
- 01. All guests are required to follow the rules and instructions of the lifeguard. Failure to comply may result in injury or property loss, for which our management team will not be held responsible.
- 02. In the event of any violation of waterpark regulations, we reserve the right to ask guests to leave the premises immediately.
- 03. Please declare your health condition, particularly if you are elderly or have a medical history of underlying diseases, heart-related conditions, high blood pressure, etc., before using any services in the water park.
- 04. Proper swimwear is mandatory. Before entering the pools, please ensure that you have showered.
- 05. Children under 1.3 meters must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
- 06. Guests are prohibited from using the water park immediately after consuming alcoholic beverages, stimulants, drugs, or directly after a meal.
- 07. Bringing outside food and beverages into the water park is strictly prohibited, except for monks and children with special dietary requirements.
- 08. Consumption of food and beverages is not permitted in the water.
- 09. Kindly respect the privacy of other guests in the pool area by refraining from shouting or causing any disorder that may disturb others.
- 10. Any behavior that violates traditional Vietnamese customs, or any other activity that may have a detrimental impact on the resort or other clients, is prohibited.
- 11. Climbing or leaning on walls, balconies, or any other dangerous areas is strictly prohibited.
- 12. Littering, spitting, blowing your nose, especially while in the pool and slide areas, are strictly prohibited to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- 13. Gambling is not permitted within the water park.
- 14. The use of explosive and prohibited goods is strictly banned.
- 15. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
- 16. Please take necessary precautions to ensure the safety of your belongings. The Resort will not take responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
- 17. All towels and Resort property must be returned before you leave the water park.
- 18. The water park will be closed during storms, rain, thunder, and lightning for your safety.
- 19. The water park must not be used outside of its operating hours.
