With 12 years of culinary expertise at luxury hotels including JW Marriott, Hilton and Sheraton, Chef Mai Ly Huong joins Alma Resort as Executive Sous Chef. At Alma, Chef Huong brings her passion for ensuring exceptional dining experiences through smooth kitchen operations, consistent food quality standards, and innovative menu development that exceeds guest expectations.
Chef Thanh
With over 20 years of culinary experience specializing in Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese cuisine, Chef Thanh's passion for food and cultural understanding come together to create memorable dining experiences.
Chef Tung
A Master of the Sea at Atlantis. As Chef de Cuisine, Nguyen Bao Tung is the maestro behind Atlantis' exceptional seafood fare. He meticulously curates the market list, handpicking the freshest catch to craft inspired dishes that highlight the bounty of Vietnam's waters. Chef Tung takes immense pride in providing guests with unforgettable dining experiences that showcase the true flavors of the sea.
Chef Vu
Chef Van Phi Vu oversees operations at Asiana restaurant. His responsibilities include quality control of dishes, menu creation, and developing innovative food concepts to enhance guest appeal. Chef Tung's culinary journey at Alma Resort has culminated in his role as Chef de Cuisine at La Casa, the resort's celebrated Italian restaurant. Chef Quyen
At the helm of Alma's vibrant Food Court, Chef Nguyen Duy Quyen masterfully curates a diverse array of Vietnamese and global culinary delights, delighting guests with every visit.
