With 12 years of culinary expertise at luxury hotels including JW Marriott, Hilton and Sheraton, Chef Mai Ly Huong joins Alma Resort as Executive Sous Chef. Chef Thanh
With over 20 years of culinary experience specializing in Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese cuisine, Chef Thanh's passion for food and cultural understanding come together to create memorable dining experiences.
Chef Tung
A Master of the Sea at Atlantis. As Chef de Cuisine, Nguyen Bao Tung is the maestro behind Atlantis' exceptional seafood fare.
