Chef Hung
Chef Võ Như Hùng brings extensive international experience to Alma, having worked with prestigious hotels across multiple continents. His culinary journey has taken him throughout Vietnam, the Middle East, and India, where he developed a diverse and innovative cooking style. At Alma, he oversees daily kitchen operations and menu development, ensuring consistency and excellence across all outlets.
Chef Phuc
With more than 20 years of culinary experience, Chef Tạ Thanh Phúc leads Alma's kitchen with creativity, precision, and a deep passion for the culinary arts. He has honed his expertise through senior positions at distinguished hotels and resorts throughout Vietnam. Known for his mastery of both Vietnamese and Western fusion cuisine, Chef Phúc focuses on delivering dishes that highlight fresh, local ingredients with a modern twist.
Chef Tung
A Master of the Sea at Atlantis. As Chef de Cuisine, Nguyen Bao Tung is the maestro behind Atlantis' exceptional seafood fare. He meticulously curates the market list, handpicking the freshest catch to craft inspired dishes that highlight the bounty of Vietnam's waters. Chef Tung takes immense pride in providing guests with unforgettable dining experiences that showcase the true flavors of the sea.
Chef Vu
Chef Van Phi Vu oversees operations at Asiana restaurant. His responsibilities include quality control of dishes, menu creation, and developing innovative food concepts to enhance guest appeal. His vision is to artfully combine distinctive Asian flavors with modern Western culinary techniques, creating a unique and memorable gastronomic journey for diners at Asiana.
